Our absolute focus: the human being

The work of the consultancy group began in 1992 with a focus on management development and personal training.

In the years that followed, the range of topics expanded. Coaching, team development, personnel selection and evaluation were added as service areas.

The team grew and changed, but not the fundamental consulting approach that has defined the consulting group’s practice from the very beginning: the absolute focus is on the people whose growth and development we are committed to. In addition to passion, this also requires a certain curiosity, which the founder already has in her name. This comes from the Middle High German “gemelig”, which means “nimble and enterprising”.

What we do

It is so easy to say: people grow with their tasks. We know from practical experience that this growth can be promoted or hindered. Motivation, personality, social environment, work processes, management culture, working atmosphere – all these factors can be supportive, but they can also be a hindrance.
