How do you take the people in the company with you when it comes to change?
There is no standard answer to this question. Every company has to find its own way when it comes to reconciling the goals of the organization with the skills and needs of its employees in turbulent times. As consultants and coaches, we develop such paths with managers at all levels.
In our training sessions, employees learn how to deal constructively with themselves and their environment within the company, thereby enabling joint growth. The focus here is on the transfer to everyday organizational life.
